So many fond memories of Bev and the whole family were spent at 5 Lucas cres in seafood while l was in primary school and throughout my teenage years with my life best mate Dave.

Bev had a heart of gold and would take very good care of me when I used to sleep over on most weekends. I actually felt more at home with Bev and Peter than l did at my own home.

It was also a real privilege when I used to get invited to spend time with the family at locksport for holidays, Bev and Peter would always allow me to come, i always made to feel very welcome.

On a lighter note, I also remember getting my first driving lesson in Bev’s Torana thanks to Dave, the only problem was Bev was at work and we were meant to be at school ha.

Sincere condolences to the whole family, RIP Bev and thanks so much for being my second mum growing up ❤️

Dear Brett, David and Deb and family. Our sincere condolences and love go out to your family during this difficult time. I had found memories of your mum over the years. Your mum and dad and you were like a second family to me. Spent many times over at your house chatting with your mum whilst waiting for you to get out of bed and get dressed so we could go out. Times at Lockport were fun and your family made me feel welcome on your holiday. Remember having a nice time in Bali (1986) with you and your mum. We got into a lot of trouble over there; was it the water or alcohol!? Anyway I miss your mum and know it was time for her to go; so I look forward to seeing her again when it’s my time.
Love Mark, Lisa, Madeline & Emily Elliott
