Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Jay’s life on Thursday the 13th of June, commencing at 11:00am. Please join us in celebrating Jay’s life by wearing smart casual attire, as per the family’s request. The service will be taking place at Flaxton Gardens, Sunshine Coast (See Map Below).
